Alaska Airlines' web site has rates, schedules, on-line booking and on-line check in.

Travel to Juneau is limited to air and water transportation.  You must fly in, take a ferry or cruise ship, or arrive by private air/water transportation.  Juneau's road system connects to the Alaska Marine Highway   - if you plan to drive, check out the ferry schedule.  Alaska Airlines is the only commercial jet service to Juneau (JNU).  The two hub cities serving Juneau are Seattle (SEA) and Anchorage (ANC).
